Memory of Italy


I painted this from a photo taken while on a recent trip to Italy. With all the beautiful architecture and statues, this  image spoke to me about real life and home being about what goes on 'inside'. I hope to paint more from this trip.

When I look at this picture I want to be cooking somewhere just like that! It gives me the desire to be with family and friends.
